PAVLOVA Cake and Russian Ballerina (" ,)
Alhamdulilah..hajat tahun lepas tercapai akhirnya.
Haha tapi memang rasional, dia kata mudah nak bawa sana sini. Nak berjual ler katakan.
Ok. Siapa berminat boleh contact sendiri JM Norly tu. Available area SPS/SPT sahaja hehehe tidak ler, tanya sendiri tukang jual ek hehe (klik kat link kat atas, tak pon korang beso kan je pic tu..ada no phone hee)
Jom tengok SEJARAH cik Pavlova ni: (sumber joyofbaking.com)
PAVLOVA or 'pav' is a meringue cake with a light, delicate, crisp crust and a soft sweet marshmallow center that is produced by folding a little vinegar and cornstarch (cornflour) into stiffly beaten egg whites and sugar.
This dessert is served with softly whipped cream and fresh fruit (passion fruit, kiwi, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries or strawberries are favorites).
The name for this dessert, Pavlova, was chosen in honor of the Russian ballerina, Anna Pavlova, who toured both New Zealand and Australia in 1926.
There is a long standing debate about whether New Zealand or Australia invented this dessert, which has yet to be resolved.
New Zealand claims that printed recipes for this meringue began to appear in New Zealand in the late 1920's.
Australia tells the story of how, an Australian chef, Herbert Sachse, invented this dessert when a soft meringue cake was requested for an afternoon tea at the hotel where he worked.
Ok. Tamat bab history. Tak minat pun sejarah2 ni.
Walaupun saya dapat A1 sejarah dulu, tapi kalau tanya saya semula kompom fail. Nampak sangat stadi sebab nak exam je hikhiks (saya tak suka sejarah tapi saya sayang Malaysia ok I LOVE U mMuahh!!c: )
Apapun keazaman saya untuk buat sendiri pavlova ni memang ada lagi ni. Haha tengok lah kalau free dan cukup barang boleh lah buat wekend ni.
Doa2 lah menjadi. Amin..Sebab kalau menjadi boleh bawa balik kampung raya haji..yeayy!! Balik kampung!! c:
